The EU Delegation (EUD) to Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam is responsible for the management of ARISE+ Indonesia. Its implementation is overseen jointly with the Government of Indonesia through a Programme Steering Committee (PSC), which is co-chaired by the EU Delegation and the Ministry of National Development Planning (BAPPENAS). The other members of the PSC are the Ministry of Finance, representatives from the appointed coordinators and implementing agencies (BAPPENAS, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Law and Human Rights), and the Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs. Implementation is supported by a technical assistance team (TAT) managed by a consortium led by Cardno Emerging Markets, Belgium S.A.
