Technical Assistance II
In a bid to support the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, ARISE+ Indonesia will conduct a capacity-building program aimed at assisting businesses and exporters in meeting the food safety, quality, and sustainability requirements for their overseas exports, especially products of Mollusca Bivalvia. As a first step, the expert team from ARISE+ Indonesia will embark on a site visit to conduct a pre-assessment study of the Mollusca Bivalvia production ecosystem.
The primary objective of this pre-assessment activity was to evaluate the scope and conditions of the area, as well as the available facilities for conducting training sessions. This included establishing communication channels with local representatives and government offices, assessing production farms and sites in terms of density and size, and verifying the suitability of the training and assistance conditions.
