Technical Assistance I
The Directorate General of National Export Development (DGNED) of the Ministry of Trade, the Embassy of Indonesia in Spain, and the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DGIP) of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights will showcase the unique taste of Indonesian GI-certified speciality spices at Alimentaria Barcelona, Spain, 4-7 April 2022 with the technical support from ARISE+ Indonesia.
The onsite culinary presentation will feature the famous Indonesian chef Bara, who will present his special dishes, including the gingerbread containing Indonesian GI-certified speciality spices and sugar such as Siaw Nutmeg, Minahasa Clove, Atinggola Palm Sugar, Moloku Kie Raha Clove, East Luwu Pepper and Koerintji Cinnamon.
The activity is fully supported by the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Spain, whose role, is to facilitate market linkages, marketing and the promotion of Indonesian Geographical Indications (GI) with potential buyers overseas.
Alimentaria 2022 is the largest international professional trade show for food, beverage, gastronomy. More than 4,500 exhibiting companies from 70 countries and more than 150,000 visitors, 30% of which are international, make it a world reference every two years.
