Technical Assistance II

The Directorate General of Aquaculture Fishery (DGAF), the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, with support from ARISE+ Indonesia, organise training on the audit of Good Aquaculture Practices (CBIB).

The training aims to enhance the competence of the auditors within the DGAF to audit the aquaculture sites on hygiene and food safety in aquaculture (CBIB: Cara Budidaya Ikan yang Baik). The four-day training will be delivered in classroom lectures and exercises during the first three-day, and on-site practice at an aquaculture farm on the last day.

The training is expected to better equip the auditors to deliver fair and effective inspection of aquaculture sites, resulting in more reliable certification of operators and enhancing trust in health export certificates. The training is also expected to facilitate knowledge and experience exchange between experts and auditors.

Time: 08:00-17:00 (Indonesian Western Time/GMT+7)
