As part of its ongoing scoping assignment for the development of a new Supplier Development Programme (SDP) for Indonesia, ARISE+ Indonesia is convening an initial online consultation between Government representatives and foreign investors established in Indonesia that are active in Indonesia’s Industry 4.0 priority sectors.
The consultation will seek investors’ insights and perspectives on the opportunities and potential challenges for sourcing goods and services from domestic SME suppliers in Indonesia.
The insights from this meeting and subsequent consultations will be used to design a sector-focused SDP that will have the objective of enabling greater participation by Indonesian SMEs in Global Value Chains (GVCs).
