Technical Assistance II
Following up on the results of the spices export sensitisation seminar held on 16 August 2022, the Ministry of Trade and the Ministry of Industry, in collaboration with ARISE+ Indonesia, organised the capacity-building workshop on HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) System Implementation & Certification.
The workshop will be delivered in two batches. The first batch targets the functional staff in the Directorate of Primary Products Export Development, the Directorate of Standard and Quality Control, and the private sector. The second batch will target the functional staff in the Ministry of Industry.
The workshop aims to help Indonesian spices entrepreneurs to meet export quality requirements, especially conformity with the acceptable level of aflatoxin and ochratoxin. The workshop is also expected to equip government officials and the private sector with better knowledge and skills for developing food safety and sustainability management systems.
