This series of three workshops is divided into six sessions following up on the previous training programme named Integrated Training on Food Safety Risk Profiling, Surveillance, and Testing Laboratory.
During the training, participants will exercise more case studies to enhance the participants’ understanding of food safety risk ranking and prioritisation and skills in developing an integrated mechanism to handle food safety incidence.
This training aims to support the development of a better food safety risk profile and surveillance by each ministry or agency. The training is expected to assist the preparation of a Guideline for the Integrated Handling Mechanism of Food Safety Incidence through the INA-IFSS/NQA Model.
