Technical Assistance II
The Directorate of Trade Defense (DPP) under the Ministry of Trade, in collaboration with ARISE+ Indonesia, will host a training session for trade investigation officers. This session will focus on the utilisation of a newly developed margin of injury calculation tool, specifically designed for the Trade Defense Directorate, the Indonesian Anti-Dumping Committee (KADI), and the Indonesian Safeguards Committee (KPPI). Facilitated by ARISE+ Indonesia, this tool is intended for use in anti-dumping investigations to standardise calculation procedures, ensuring consistency and efficiency among officers when determining the margin of injury.
In overall, this training aims to enhance the skills and capabilities of trade investigators, bolstering Indonesia’s ability to protect its exporters during trade remedy investigations initiated by other countries.
