One of the key steps required to develop a trade strategy is to undertake a market analysis. This involves research on specific markets including the demand level, market share distribution, prices, access requirements such tariffs and non-tariff measures amongst other important information. The International Trade Centre has developed several tools aimed at supporting enterprises and policy makers on market analysis.

The objective of the training is to improve the skills of trade policy analyst/planners, and negotiators in using the ITC Trade Map and Market Access Map.
