The Directorate of Goods and Services Market Surveillance (DGSMS), with the support of ARISE+ Indonesia, has developed INRAPEX, the Rapid Alert System for non-food consumer products. ARISE+ Indonesia further assists DGSMS by organizing a workshop aimed at raising awareness about the need for good reporting and increased cross-agency exchange of information. The workshop also aims to enhance the capacity of officials from industry and trade regional offices in operating INRAPEX and managing risks to prevent adverse events linked to product safety.
These one-day training workshops will be conducted in Surabaya, Balikpapan, and Denpasar. The sessions will include lectures, discussions, and practical training in operating the INRAPEX application.
