The Government of Indonesia aims to implement holistic risk management by all border agencies, including BKIPM. Unclear differentiation between high and low-risk consignments will result in high costs and delays for the private sector and inefficient use of enforcement resources for the public sector.
The workshop is a continuation of the first workshop conducted last July. The objective of the second workshop is to facilitate the BKIPM in developing the risk management profiles and indicators according to the World Customs Organisation (WCO) Risk Management Compendium Vol 1 and 2.
