7 May 2024 - Technical Assistance II

The Ministry of Trade, in partnership with ARISE+ Indonesia, is organising a workshop on the Coordination Mechanism for Trade in Services. This workshop, a follow-up to a session from November of the previous year, aims to present and discuss the coordination mechanism, including the structure, roles, and functions of the stakeholders involved in Trade in Services within Indonesia. The mechanism has been designed to enhance coordination and communication between Indonesia’s trade negotiation team, the private sector, and various line ministries.

6 May 2024 - Technical Assistance II

The Ministry of Trade is organising a training on the Trade in Services Performance Monitoring Dashboard, supported by ARISE+ Indonesia. This workshop, a continuation of the session held in November of the previous year, is designed to train trade negotiators and analysts at the Directorate of Trade in Service Negotiation in operating and updating the monitoring tool.

25-30 April 2024 - Technical Assistance II

The Directorate of Trade Defense (DPP) under the Ministry of Trade, in collaboration with ARISE+ Indonesia, will host a training session for trade investigation officers. This session will focus on the utilisation of a newly developed margin of injury calculation tool, specifically designed for the Trade Defense Directorate, the Indonesian Anti-Dumping Committee (KADI), and the Indonesian Safeguards Committee (KPPI). Facilitated by ARISE+ Indonesia, this tool is intended for use in anti-dumping investigations to standardise calculation procedures, ensuring consistency and efficiency among officers when determining the margin of injury.

25 April 2024

The Ministry of Investment/BKPM and the European Union (EU) Delegation to Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam will launch the "Attraction Plan for EU Investment in Indonesia " at the BKPM office. The launching event will be officiated by Mr. Nurul Ichwan, Deputy Minister for Investment Promotion at the Ministry of Investment/BKPM, and H.E. Denis Chaibi, EU Ambassador.
